Terms and conditions

Northgate Signs, Unit 4 Foundry Road, Northgate Industrial Estate, New Basford, Nottingham, NG7 7FY. Phone 0115 964 7720.

The price on the site includes the options you pick. Delivery and VAT are shown before you pay. If a price is plainly wrong, we tell you before anything is made, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Most of what we sell is made to your sizes. Because it is made for you, the 14 day cancellation right for online orders does not cover it. Please check your sizes before you order, and ask us if you are not sure how to measure.

We give you a date when you order. If it is going to be late, you hear it from us first.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us and we will repair it, replace it or refund you. None of this takes away your legal rights.
