Plugins and Custom WordPress Development

WordPress Plugins

We build plugins around real problems we kept seeing on live sites – especially with WooCommerce, pricing, checkout, and integrations. No feature bloat, no gimmicks. Each plugin is focused on solving a specific, practical issue for store owners and site admins.

Custom Development

When an existing plugin or theme is not enough, we handle custom work: WooCommerce extensions, complex pricing logic, API integrations, admin tools, and full website builds. We treat every project like a product – planned properly, coded cleanly, and built to last.

How We Build

We follow WordPress and WooCommerce coding standards, keep the codebase organised, document important parts, and test before shipping. The goal is simple: stable, secure, and understandable code that works in real environments, not just in demos.

People Behind DevTonic Studios

DevTonic Studios is led by founder and lead developer Hamza Afridi, with client and project management handled by Bilal Afridi. Clear roles, direct access, and no unnecessary layers in between.

The Developer

I started coding in 2019 while studying Computer Science. University gave me the theory, but most of what I know came from actually building things – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP – and breaking real projects until I understood how everything fits together.

After graduating in 2022, I went all-in on WordPress – custom themes, plugin development, and WooCommerce. Working on live client sites showed me real performance issues, odd bugs, conflicts between plugins, and all the things you never see in simple tutorials.

From 2021 to 2023, I ran a WordPress blog focused on helping site owners fix real problems – broken layouts, slow sites, WooCommerce errors, configuration issues, and general "why is this not working" headaches. Within around six months it grew to roughly 1,000 visits per day and started ranking ahead of bigger websites.

Then Google shifted its algorithm and began heavily favouring big brands and large companies. Traffic for independent blogs like mine dropped quickly. It was frustrating after so much work, but it confirmed something important: there are still thousands of WordPress users with real problems who need clear solutions, not just content designed to please algorithms.

Seeing the same issues again and again – in that blog and in client projects – is what led to DevTonic Studios. Instead of chasing search traffic, I decided to focus on building serious plugins and custom solutions that directly solve those problems and keep working reliably over time.

The Manager

I handle the communication and coordination side of DevTonic Studios. When you reach out about a plugin, a performance issue, or a new project, I'm usually the first person you talk to. My job is to understand what you actually need and make sure it is translated clearly into the technical work.

I turn your requirements into clear tasks for Hamza, keep you updated on progress, and make sure timelines and expectations stay realistic. You always know what is happening with your project and what the next step is.

We intentionally keep communication simple: you deal directly with the person managing your project and the developer building it. No ticket systems, no support scripts, no "we'll get back to you someday" loops – just straightforward contact.

Where DevTonic Studios is Heading

DevTonic Studios officially launched in 2025, but the work behind it started years earlier. Here is what we are focusing on now and in the near future.

More Focused Plugins

We are building more plugins based on real patterns we see on WordPress and WooCommerce sites: pricing logic, product filtering, performance, integrations, and admin tools. The goal is to offer a set of strong, reliable tools instead of a long list of half-finished products.

Keeping Up with WordPress Changes

WordPress moves fast – block themes, new WooCommerce updates, changes in PHP versions, and new best practices. We keep learning and adapting so that the plugins and custom builds we ship work with modern WordPress, not just older setups.

Deep Work, Long-Term View

We are not interested in quick one-off hacks. The focus is on deep, well-structured work and long-term stability – plugins that we stand behind, and custom projects that can grow with your business instead of holding it back.

Want to Work With DevTonic Studios?

If you need a reliable plugin, start by checking the products we already built. If you need something specific to your setup, we can talk about a custom project. In both cases, you deal directly with the developer building your solution and the person managing your project.
