At PriceWise Pro, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our product. We offer a conditional 14-day refund policy to ensure you can purchase with confidence.
14-Day Conditional Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase under specific conditions:
✓ Technical Issues We Cannot Resolve
If you encounter a technical problem, bug, or compatibility issue that prevents the plugin from functioning properly, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
✓ Product Does Not Match Description
If the plugin's features, functionality, or design do not match what was shown in our product demonstrations, screenshots, or feature list on our website, you are eligible for a refund.
✓ Broken or Non-Functional Features
If advertised features are broken, missing, or do not work as described in our documentation, and we cannot fix them, you qualify for a refund.
✗ No Refunds for Working Products
If the plugin is working correctly as described and advertised, but you simply changed your mind, don't like the design choices, or found a different solution, refunds will NOT be granted. All features and functionality are clearly demonstrated before purchase.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Technical Issue: You must have a documented technical problem that our support team attempted to resolve but could not fix.
- Support Contact Required: You must have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to resolve your issue before requesting a refund.
- Valid Documentation: You must provide screenshots, error messages, or other proof of the issue you're experiencing.
- Original Purchaser: Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the license.
- Not Used Fraudulently: The plugin has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
- One Refund Per Customer: Only one refund is permitted per customer. Repeat purchases after a refund are not eligible for additional refunds.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

Once the 14-day period has expired, we cannot process refund requests under any circumstances. Please test the plugin thoroughly within this timeframe.
⚠️ Product Works as Described
If the plugin is functioning correctly and matches the features, design, and functionality shown in our demos, screenshots, and documentation, no refund will be issued. This includes situations where you simply changed your mind, don't like the aesthetic, or found a different solution.
⚠️ No Support Contact
If you request a refund for a technical issue without first contacting support and allowing us at least 48 hours to attempt to resolve it, your refund request will be denied.
⚠️ User Error or Lack of Knowledge
If the issue is due to user error, lack of WordPress knowledge, or misunderstanding of the plugin's features (when the plugin itself is working correctly), refunds will not be granted. We provide documentation and support to help you.
⚠️ Third-Party Conflicts
If the issue is caused by conflicts with third-party themes or plugins that you choose to use, this does not qualify for a refund. Our plugin works with standard WordPress installations.
⚠️ Server Requirements Not Met
If your server doesn't meet our clearly stated technical requirements (PHP version, WordPress version, etc.), no refund will be issued. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
⚠️ Changed Your Mind
Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or finding a cheaper alternative are NOT valid reasons for refunds if the plugin is working as advertised.
⚠️ Renewal Subscriptions
Support and update renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on our policy, follow these steps:

Send an email to support@devtonicstudio.com describing the technical issue you're experiencing. Include screenshots, error messages, and details about your WordPress environment (PHP version, WordPress version, active plugins/themes).
Give Us Time to Help
Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue. Please allow at least 48 business hours for us to investigate and attempt to fix the problem. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Request Refund (If Unresolved)
If our support team is unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable timeframe, or if the product clearly does not match what was advertised, you may then request a refund. Reply to the support ticket stating you wish to request a refund.
Review and Processing
Our team will review your case, including the support history and documentation provided. If your request meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
- WordPress version and PHP version
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, here's the timeline:
Request Review
2-5 business days: We review your support history, documentation provided, and verify that your case meets our refund criteria.
Approval Notification
Within 24 hours: Once reviewed, you'll receive an email notifying you whether your refund request has been approved or denied, with reasoning.
Payment Processing
3-5 business days: If approved, the refund is processed through our payment gateway.
Bank/Card Posting
5-10 business days: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We strongly discourage chargebacks and prefer to resolve any issues directly:

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and chargebacks can complicate the process unnecessarily.
Chargeback Consequences
If a chargeback is filed:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- Access to support and updates will be terminated
- You may be prohibited from future purchases
- We will contest fraudulent chargebacks with supporting documentation
Additional Information
License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to product updates and support.
Future Purchases
If you decide to purchase again after receiving a refund, you will not be eligible for another refund on subsequent purchases.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
