How to Refund

Go to WooCommerce → Orders
Open the order you want to refund
Click “Refund” button
Enter refund amount (full or partial)
Click the “Refund … via” button (it carries your gateway title, by default “Credit / Debit Card, PayPal & More”)
Wait for confirmation in order notes

The plugin handles the refund on both WooCommerce and Lemon Squeezy. You don’t need to process it separately in the LS dashboard.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed immediately through the API. Customer sees refund in 5-10 business days depending on their bank.

Refund Requirements

Original payment must be through Lemon Squeezy
A WooCommerce Subscriptions renewal order refunds its own renewal payment
Refund amount can’t exceed original payment
Partial refunds supported, rounded to the cent
