Handling many quotes at once

On the Quotes list, tick the boxes on the left, choose from Bulk actions, and click Apply.

  • Mark as Accepted. Accepts every ticked quote and emails each customer.
  • Mark as Declined. Declines every ticked quote and emails each customer.
  • Export to CSV. Downloads the ticked quotes as a spreadsheet.

One email per quote, straight away. Check what you have ticked before you apply.

Export a single month

Filter the list by date first, tick the box in the header row to select the whole page, then export. You get just that range.
