Everything described in these docs so far is in the free plugin, and it stays free. Quotly Pro is a separate add-on you install next to it.

What Pro adds:

  • Convert to a paid order. Turn an accepted quote into a real WooCommerce order and email a Pay Now link. This is the main reason people buy it.
  • Private share links. Send a quote by link so the customer can view and pay without an account.
  • PDF quotes. Attached to the email and downloadable.
  • Custom form fields. Your own questions on the request form, with conditional logic.
  • Expiry and reminders. Quotes expire on their own, with a reminder email first.
  • Price negotiation. Let the customer suggest a price and reply in a message thread.
  • Analytics. Acceptance rate, conversion, top customers.
  • Rules, webhooks, and the REST API.
  • Bulk import. Bring old quotes in from a CSV file.
Installing it

Pro is a normal plugin zip. Upload it under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and activate. Keep the free plugin active, since Pro attaches to it.

Nothing is locked in the free plugin

Pro does not unlock code that was already sitting there. The Pro features ship in the add-on itself, which is why the free plugin has nothing switched off inside it.
