If more than one rule can apply to a product, you decide what happens. Give each rule a priority by dragging it on the Rules screen, then choose how they combine.
Apply the biggest discount. The rule that saves the shopper the most wins.
Apply the first match. The highest priority matching rule wins, and the rest are ignored.
Stack them all. Every matching rule applies in priority order.
