Shop and category pages are where a discount plugin can slow a store down. DiscountWise reads from one compiled, cached ruleset, so listing pages stay as fast as plain WooCommerce.
On a staging copy of your store, compare a shop page with DiscountWise active against one without it. The per-page work should be the same whether you have a few rules or many.
