QuoteWise

Quote requests for WooCommerce. Customers build a basket, you reply with a real number.

Features

The quote basket

The quote basket is separate from the WooCommerce cart, and nothing is saved until the shopper actually submits the request.

The quotes screen

Every request lands in one list under Quotes, with filters, search, and sortable columns. It works like the Orders screen.

Accepting and declining

Open a quote, pick the new status, and click Update. The customer is emailed automatically either way.

Internal notes and status history

Keep private notes on a quote that the customer never sees, and read back who changed the status and when.

Handling many quotes at once

Tick several quotes on the list and mark them accepted, mark them declined, or export them to a CSV file.

Creating a quote yourself

Took the enquiry on the phone? Build the quote in the admin on the customer behalf, with products, quantities, and your own prices.

The customer quotes tab

Logged in customers get a Quotes tab in My Account showing their own history, where they can accept or decline themselves.

The Add to Quote button

Change the button wording, its colour, and whether it sits beside Add to Cart or replaces it.

The mini basket and its icon

A small counter shows how many items are waiting in the quote basket. Pick from four icons so it does not look like your shop cart.

Quote numbers

Every quote gets a number like Q-1001. Set your own prefix, the starting number, and whether to include the year.

Turning a cart into a quote

An optional button on the cart or checkout that lets a shopper who already built a cart ask for a price instead.

File attachments

Customers can attach spec sheets, drawings, or artwork to a request. Up to 5 files, 10 MB each.

Stopping spam with reCAPTCHA

Optional Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the request form. Off by default, and it uses keys you create yourself.

The emails QuoteWise sends

Four emails come with the free plugin, and they are edited in the same place as your normal WooCommerce emails.
