The request form has an Attachments field. It is optional, and it matters most for print, signage, and manufacturing, where you cannot price the job without seeing the artwork.
Uploads appear in the Customer attachments box on the quote, ready to download.
Files go to a protected folder inside your uploads directory, not into the Media Library, so they do not clutter your gallery. Deleting a quote deletes its files with it.
