Some of what the sections promise lives on the WooCommerce order, so you and the customer both see it where they expect it.
A file sent from the file box on a product page goes up the moment it is chosen, with a bar showing it go, and travels with that product in the basket; on a made-to-size product, the file block inside the configurator does the same. A file sent from an Artwork upload section anywhere else goes with the whole basket, and the basket and the checkout list it. Pictures, PDFs, design files (such as AI, EPS, PSD, InDesign and CorelDRAW), drawings (DXF, DWG, SketchUp), lists (CSV, Excel, Word, text) and ZIP files are taken, up to 20 at a time.
On the order the file names show under the line, or with the order, and you download them from the order screen and from the new order email once logged in. Files are never served to the web, and a file that never became part of an order or a request is removed after 7 days.
Ordered before your cut-off time on a working day, it leaves that day; otherwise on the next working day. Every order keeps that day and shows it on the thank-you page, in the order emails, in the customer’s account and on the order screen. The checkout shows the countdown before they pay. The cut-off time and the working days are under Style, Orders.
On a product’s General tab, Sample pack refund takes an amount, such as 50. Once an order with that product is paid, the customer gets an email with a one-off code for what they paid for it, off their next order over that amount. The code works once, for their email address, for a year, and the order notes say which code was sent.
