Most questions come down to which page is built with Craftor, a cache, a draft not yet published, or a setting that is not filled in yet.
Only pages built with Craftor are drawn by it; every other page is left to your theme. In Pages, hover over the page and click Build with Craftor, then publish.
Check that you clicked Publish: drafts are only in the editor. If it is published and still does not show, clear your page cache (for example LiteSpeed Cache, Purge All) and look again.
Words, pictures, space, columns and ready-made sections change on the page at once. A part that needs your shop’s data, such as the products, the prices or the configurator, is drawn again by your server and says Updating preview until it is back, usually within a few seconds. If it could not update, it says so with Try again.
The page was saved somewhere else after you opened it, in another tab or by someone else, so Craftor saved nothing over it. Your changes are still in the editor: keep a copy with Saved designs, Download layout JSON, then reload the page. See Save, reuse and bring back your designs.
Wait until the top bar says Draft saved. Saving, loading products and pictures, and the Media Library still take their own time.
The configurator would refuse that size or choice, for example a size above its largest, so there is no price to show. Change the row, or the limits in ConfigKit.
A section with nothing to show stays off the live page and shows a note in the editor saying what it needs: a price table with no rows or no configurator, a configurator not picked, Trade prices with no trade discount, or products when there are none yet. A section hidden on one screen size under Advanced shows on the others only.
If it came with New shop, it is still marked as an example: open it in Products and untick Example price on its General tab once its price is right. A jewellery ring also needs your gold price in ConfigKit, Settings, Shared prices.
The box says why beside the file: a kind of file it does not take, or a file larger than the section allows. Craftor’s own file boxes send files in pieces, so large files work on hosts with small upload limits. On nginx, see the one extra line.
The request was closed or deleted. A closed one is under Closed in WooCommerce, Requests: open it, click Open it again and send the price again. A deleted one is gone for good, with its files, so ask the customer to send a new request.
