Trade customers are users with the Trade customer role. Logged in, they see every price with your trade discount taken off, and the basket charges it.
In the editor, Style, Orders, type the trade discount as a percent. Until it is set, the Trade prices section stays off your pages, so it never promises prices that are not there.
The Trade prices section’s button opens a short form: name, business name, email, phone, and what they buy. It arrives in WooCommerce, Requests.
On the request click Open the trade account. With no account for that email yet, one is made and WooCommerce emails them a link to set their password; an existing customer becomes a trade customer, and an administrator or shop manager keeps what they have. Either way they get an email saying the account is open.
You can also give anyone the Trade customer role in Users.
Product pages and product cards, sizes and colours, the configurator’s live price and its From price, price tables, typed material prices, and the basket and the checkout, which charge them. Prices say Trade price beside them. A quoted job keeps the price you sent.
