Put a real face or your own brand on the chat instead of the default icon, so it feels personal.
The Branding tab: choose the default icon, a Gravatar, or your own uploaded image.
On the Branding tab:
- Default: the built-in friendly chat icon.
- Gravatar: pull a photo from any email address, including a Gmail.
- Upload an image: pick any image from your Media Library, with a live preview.
