On the Alerts (Pro) tab, keep “Score every chat as Hot, Warm, or Cold” on. After each AI chat, the assistant rates the buyer and a colored score badge appears in your Leads list, with the reason on hover.
With Pro on, the Leads list gains a Score column: Hot, Warm, or Cold, with the reason on hover.
What the scores mean:
- Hot: Asked a price, gave a city or address, asked about delivery, or said they want to buy.
- Warm: Asking about specific products, comparing, real interest but not ready yet.
- Cold: Vague, just looking, greetings only, or off topic.
Good to know
Message-mode leads are not scored, so your AI quota is only spent on real AI chats. A chat already marked Hot is not re-scored.
