On the WhatsApp tab, enter your number and the assistant can send ready buyers to your WhatsApp with the order already written out.
Add your number in international format and keep handoff on. No Business API needed.
Set it up:
- WhatsApp number: International format, digits only, no plus sign and no spaces. For example 923001234567.
- WhatsApp handoff: Keep it on so the assistant can offer the WhatsApp button.
No Business API needed
It uses a normal wa.me link that opens your everyday WhatsApp. There is no WhatsApp Business API and no Meta approval to deal with.
